Wood post buildings can be constructed by Warman Home Centre in standard or custom sizes to meet all your storage needs. Since wood post buildings do not have to be erected on a concrete foundation or floor, they offer our customers an economical advantage. However, a floor may be added if desired.

Wood post buildings are suitable for machine and equipment storage, airplane hangars, grain storage, barns, riding arena, and commercial applications. They can also be framed and insulated for a heated work space.

Standard Features

Posts
Our treated posts are solid one piece, installed 96" o.c. (48" o.c. optional) for superior strength and stablity

Sidewall Beams
We notch our posts to incorporate a double sidewall beam to transfer the roof load to the posts

Wall System
The bottom row of strapping is treated for durability with the rest of the wall strapped with 2"x6" spruce o.c.

Roof System
Engineered trusses rated for a 40 lb. snow load are installed at 48" o.c. with 2"x4" spruce purlins spaced at 24" o.c.

Metal
We use 29 gauge metal in your choice of galvanized or a wide selection of colors

Doors
One steel insulated walk-in door included
One two piece sliding drive-in door included.
