Straight wall buildings are typically meant to be insulated and heated, and are constructed on either a concrete slab or footing. At Warman Home Centre we offer straight wall buildings in standard and custom sizes to suit your requirements.

Straight wall buildings can be used as machine shops, workshops, heated storage, barns and commercial applications.

Standard Features

Stud Wall System
We use a treated bottom plate and dimensional spruce lumber with 1x 4 spruce strapping 24” o.c. for a sturdy wall system. The stud cavity makes it easy to insulate and finish.

Roof System
Engineered trusses rated for a 40 lb. snow load are installed at 48” O C with 2 x 4 spruce purlins spaced at 24” o.c.

Metal Exterior
We use 29 gauge metal in your choice of galvanized or a wide selection of colors.

Doors
One steel insulated walk-in door included
One two-piece sliding drive-in door
