Warman Truss is looking for reliable and hard-working individuals to work alongside our fast-paced assembly line. We are a production facility that produces custom made trusses, floors and prefabricated walls for garage, residential, farm and commercial buildings.

Responsibility for the role may include:

• Working on the truss, floor or wall table which involves hammering plates into place
• Operating the saw that cuts the lumber
• Picking lumber and transporting lumber to the processing plant with a forklift
• Stacking trusses into piles and packages

A successful candidate for this position will have the following:

• Strong sense of teamwork: able to work well within a group
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to speak and read English fluently
• Previous experience in manufacturing is a plus
• Physically fit with the ability to safely lift 50+ lbs regularly
• Comfortable operating or learning how to operate heavy equipment and machinery
• Safety minded and can follow all safety guidelines

This position is safety-sensitive, and the successful candidate must adhere to a drug-free workplace policy. Drug testing maybe required in certain situations as per health and safety policies.

No experience required, on the job training will be provided! Must be permanent resident of Canada.

Hiring for

• Day Shift: Monday – Friday 6:00am-2:00pm
• Evening Shift: Monday-Thursday 2:00pm-12:00am ($1.50/hr shift premium provided)
