In the Community

Since 1984, Warman Home Centre has taken great pride in being an integral part of the community by demonstrating leadership in the area of corporate citizenship and contributions to the community. We believe that a healthy community is important to all of us. Whether it’s supporting a local hospice, sponsoring a local sports team, or providing funds towards academic bursaries at a local school – we recognize the importance of contributing to our community and value our ongoing relationships.

A significant portion of our charitable budget goes toward areas where we feel we can make a meaningful difference in our communities. These areas include the Jim Pattison Children's Hospital Foundation of Saskatchewan and the Warman Legends Centre. Other noteworthy contributions include the Salvation Army, the Crisis Nursery, the Canadian Cancer Society, and the Warman Wildcats Hockey Association. Warman Home Centre also continues to support smaller local initiatives and welcomes inquiries and requests for support as we apply assistance and funds where we see we can provide the most benefit.

In a world where the needs are so great, we have difficulty in choosing who we could and should support. Many credible, reputable organizations would benefit from our assistance; therefore, we must discern where our support for those in need is best allocated. The following information will explain our procedures and guidelines regarding donations and sponsorships. These procedures and guidelines are designed to assist you with your requests, specifically as it relates to Warman Home Centre's potential involvement with your organization. We will do our best to accommodate as many charitable requests as possible.

  1. All donation requests must be submitted online a minimum of six weeks prior to the event/procurement date. We DO NOT accept paper submissions or requests submitted via fax, email or telephone.
  2. Warman Home Centre has a local focus for in-kind donations. Requests from outside of these local communities will not be accommodated.
  3. All information in the online request form must be completed in full. Incomplete requests will not be considered.
