Warman Home Centre LP is an industry leading integrated home construction, manufacturing and retail operation. We are currently seeking to fill the position of Admin Assistant/Receptionist from May 16 – August 31, 2024, located in Warman.
Key responsibilities include:
Reporting to the Office Manager, the Administrative Assistant is part of a larger administrative team responsible for the efficient day to day operations of Warman Home Centre LP. This temporary position will work Tuesday through Saturday 10am-2pm. This would be a great opportunity for a post-secondary student looking to gain experience.
Specific duties include, but are not limited to:
· Coverage for answering multiline phone system
· Assist with inventory product receiving data entry
· Assist with accounts payable entry, filing and other administrative tasks as assigned
· Vacation coverage as needed
· Performs other duties and projects as assigned
Key Tasks:
· Strong organizational and customer service skills with a positive attitude,
experience using a multi phone line system would be an asset
· Basic computer skills including experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Positive and friendly disposition
· Ability to work well with others
· Skill set to work in a fast-paced environment while multi-tasking under minimal supervision
The successful individual will have the following qualifications:
Student in a recognized administrative/accounting program an asset or prior experience
Strong computer (MS Office – Excel) skills
