Warman Home Centre is looking for Warehouse Associate to work in our lumber yard. This role is an important part of our business assisting us exceed our customers expectations and experience through every interaction. The selected candidates will need to be personable, hardworking, and reliable.
Duties would include:
- Assisting customers with orders, loading, and unloading delivery trucks/customers with various lumber yard materials.
- Ensure yard is properly maintained and well organized.
- Forklift experience would be an asset, and previous experience is preferred, but not required.
Physical requirements:
- The ability to lift 25/50/80 pounds regularly.
- The ability to move safely over uneven terrain.
- The ability to work in extreme weather conditions.
- The ability to work some Saturdays and longer hours in the summer.
This position is safety-sensitive, and the successful candidate must adhere to a drug-free workplace policy. Drug testing maybe required in certain situations as per health and safety policies.
