Warman Homes is looking for an individual to fill the position of Seasonal – General Labourer.  The selected individual will work in our RTM construction yard assisting with general construction clean up, yard maintenance and the moving of building material.

Duties would include:

• Delivery and moving of walkways and other building material.
• Vacuuming and cleaning out the home during construction.
• General yard maintenance and clean up.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

• Construction/Renovation experience of any type would be a considerable asset.
• Must be a self motivated, honest, and hardworking individual that works well unsupervised.
• Must possess a valid class 5 driver’s license.

Physical requirements to the above listed positions.

• The ability to lift 25/50/80 pounds regularly.
• The ability to move safely over uneven terrain.
• The ability to work in extreme weather conditions.
