Warman Homes is looking for a Yard Supervisor to add to our team of hard working and dedicated individuals. The selected individuals will work in our RTM construction yard assisting our Shipping and Receiving Manager with general construction clean up, yard maintenance and the moving of building material.

Duties would include:

• Assist in receiving, inspecting, and verifying incoming material against invoices or other documents
• Assemble material packages for jobs as per invoice and organize to be shipped
• Operate forklift to load, unload, transport, and store material
• Work outside in all environmental conditions
• Maintain yard organization, cleanliness, and upkeep
• General yard maintenance
• Other duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

• Construction/Renovation experience of any type would be a considerable asset.
• Must be a self motivated, honest, and hardworking individual that works well unsupervised.
• Must possess a valid class 5 driver’s license.
• Forklift Operation maybe required; certification would be provided.

Physical requirements to the above listed positions.

• The ability to lift 25/50/80 pounds regularly.
• The ability to move safely over uneven terrain.
• The ability to work in extreme weather conditions.
